OUR STORY

Synergy Coffee Co. began in 2016 with a simple but powerful objective : to curate an exceptional coffee experience that delights the senses and nurtures the soul. We had stepped away from the corporate coffee world to create something more authentic, more real. 
Our aim was to build a business where the focus was on people — their stories, their cafés, and their communities.
Each blend and single origin begins with ethically sourced green coffee and an obsession for quality. Whether you’re a café owner shaping the experience of your local community, a barista with coffee in your blood, or a home enthusiast chasing that perfect morning ritual, we’re here to help you create something exceptional.
What we value most is partnership — genuine, long-term, built-on-trust partnership. We love working with people who care deeply about quality, service and connection.
For more than 28 years, we have supported cafés across regional NSW, with a regular call schedule that keeps us present in your café.  We don’t just supply coffee - we show up, we listen, and we grow alongside you.
