RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Synergy Coffee Co. so we have a 48 hour return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, coffee beans and other perishable goods can only be returned if the packaging has been compromised or if you received the wrong item/s.
Refunds/Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or we will swap the item for another.
Please note, we DO NOT accept returns on Coffee Machines or Grinders for change of mind.
The customer will be responsible for any freight charges on returning item(s) unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back
The refund amount will exclude any freight paid on purchase..
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please contact us via email at grant@synergycoffeeco.com.au within 2 days of shipment to start a return; include your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will then follow up with instructions on where to send the item.
