Synergy Coffee Co began in 2016 after we stepped away from the corporate coffee world to create something of our own; something more independent, more personal, and more connected to the people we work with.
With experience in coffee going back to 1997 and years spent in our own food service businesses, we’d seen and learned a lot along the way. Our real focus was the freedom to do things in a more authentic way, with a stronger focus on relationships and the people behind the cafés. From the beginning, our aim was simple: to build a business centred around people — their stories, their cafés, and the communities they serve.

A LONG TERM APPROACH

For more than 28 years, we’ve supported cafés across regional NSW, with a regular call schedule that keeps us present and connected. Many of the cafés we work with have been part of our journey for years, and we value those relationships deeply. We don’t just supply coffee and move on. We show up, we listen, and we grow alongside our café partners. And for us, that’s what this business has always been about.
