The Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee pot

Made with high quality heatproof glass, allowing you to brew 1L of cold brew concentrate all in one device, with no need for filtering. The coffee chamber is housed in the lid which then fits over the carafe, plunging the coffee into the cold water. 

1 x 250g Synergy blend or single origin beans

Vida - Strong notes of hazelnut, milk chocolate and cacao nibs, ending with a pleasant red apple acidity.

Dusk - Notes of cherry, followed by a smooth maple syrup and chocolate finish.

Luxe - Notes of dark chocolate, caramel and a creamy mouthfeel

Colombia Inza - Notes of raisins and liquorice, bright and bold with beautiful milk chocolate finish

Brewing hints

Recommended ready-to-drink ratio for our blends is 1:12, that is one part coffee to 12 parts water, which equates to around 83g of coffee per litre of water. Brew time: 12-16 hours. Use the same ratio for Colombia Inza, but lengthen brew time to 16-18 hours.
