While single origin coffees are often favoured for alternative brewing methods, our blends are wonderfully versatile. With a few simple adjustments you can enjoy a beautiful cup from your V60, Chemex, Moka Pot or French Press.
For the best results when using a darker roast, we recommend a few simple adjustments:
Adjust your ratio — use 1:12 for a richer, more balanced cup
Grind a touch coarser than you normally would
Lower your water temperature — aim for 85–88°C
